About
A glass plant that exports, not an exporter that buys glass.
Tulipa owns the mould, the lehr and the reject pile. That is the difference a buyer feels when a dimension has to change or a batch has to be traced.

The ince belli glass is not a design we invented — it is a public form, made in Türkiye for over a century, and every plant here presses a version of it. What a buyer is actually choosing between is wall thickness, rim finish and how honestly the annealing curve is run.
We publish our numbers with the limit beside them because that is the only way those three things become comparable. A supplier who only publishes a photograph is asking you to buy on trust.
OEM work is a third of what leaves the plant: private-label boxes, custom capacities, decorated runs with their own migration report. The mould cost is quoted once and amortised against the annual volume, not hidden in the unit price.

About
A glass plant that exports, not an exporter that buys glass.
Own the mould
Geometry is repeatable only if the tool is ours. Rented moulds drift between plants and nobody owns the drift.
Instrument the lehr
Annealing is invisible until it fails. We measure residual stress on a polariscope every shift rather than infer it from breakage returns.
One batch per carton
Traceability that survives a complaint. A pallet list beats a good explanation.
Publish the limit
Any number we quote is printed next to the regulatory limit it has to clear. It makes us comparable, which is the point.
03
Compliance
The document set a European buyer opens first.
Glassware is bought on food-contact compliance, not on a quality-system logo. The Declaration of Compliance and the migration report are the two documents that decide whether a container clears; everything else is supporting.

Send the volume. We will send the numbers.
Tell us the item, the annual quantity and the destination port. You get a unit price, a carton and container plan, and the document set that travels with the goods.
